What to include in your request
- Upload wide photos showing the whole load.
- List bulky items and approximate quantities.
- Identify stairs, lifts, loading access and parking.
- Disclose paint, chemicals, batteries or unknown materials.
- Ask which items are accepted and whether disposal costs are included.
Before booking
Do not assume every waste type is accepted. Keep unknown or hazardous materials out of a general load and ask the provider how they should be handled. Agree collection and disposal inclusions before booking.
Choose a booking request or a quote
For a booking request, choose Now, Later or Tomorrow and describe the job. Current availability does not reserve a future time; the provider must accept your request and confirm the timing.
If the scope or price needs discussion, request a quote with job details and photos. A quote enquiry is a message, not a travel request. Agree the scope and price, then book separately.
