What to include in your request
- Provide the suburb, number of rooms and approximate size.

Before booking
Cleaning availability and the work a provider can take vary by area and time. Share the condition and scope up front so expectations can be agreed before the job begins.
Choose a booking request or a quote
For a booking request, choose Now, Later or Tomorrow and describe the job. Current availability does not reserve a future time; the provider must accept your request and confirm the timing.
If the scope or price needs discussion, request a quote with job details and photos. A quote enquiry is a message, not a travel request. Agree the scope and price, then book separately.

Can I request a cleaner for a specific time?
Include your preferred time in the request. The provider will confirm whether they can take that job and timing.
