Need a Hand? is a Sydney based marketplace that helps customers find nearby service providers by category, location and availability. Customers can choose whom to contact; providers decide whether to accept a request.

For local providers, it is a way to make available time visible and manage enquiries without paying for leads that do not turn into completed work.

Provider applications are open, and invited testers can try simulated bookings in our controlled trial. Document checks are optional for trial accounts. Public launch requires provider identity, ABN, insurance and any applicable licence checks. Platform approval does not guarantee suitability for every job.
